Why does anyone need a website?
Nowadays many people ask themselves this question. After all, a Facebook fanpage or a business Instagram account is enough, right? If you want to grow, not quite.
A company without a website is invisible to new customers.
Social media is very convenient. It allows easy contact with your existing clients and helps maintain their interest through interaction with posts. However, it has one significant drawback: it is practically invisible to people who have never heard of you.
Google can’t see Facebook.
Today we have two main ways of finding companies online: Google (or other search engines) and artificial intelligence. Both methods largely ignore social media — search engines do not index closed content, and AI does not have access to data from Facebook or Instagram. If a company wants to exist in people’s minds, a website is essential.
Customers want access to your offer.
The rule is simple: if a customer doesn’t know what you offer and how much it costs, they will go to your competitors. Of course, you can pin an offer post on Facebook — but this solution has its drawbacks. Such an offer is invisible to search engines, hard to find, and often difficult to read. A website allows you to place all key information in one easy-to-access location.
